Rotary Kiln

Rotary kiln mainly referring to the cement kiln,  which is also called rotary calcining kiln, belongs to building material equipment and it can be divided into cement rotary kiln, metallurgy chemical kiln and limestone rotary kiln or clinker rotary kiln.

Limestone rotary kiln, also known as rotary kiln roller, has advanced structure of low pressure loss like the clinker rotary kiln and cement rotary kiln. Just like the cement kiln, it can effectively improve the warm-up effect so that the decomposition rate of limestone can be up to 20-25% after preheating by the limestone rotary kiln.

Both ends of the rotary kiln are with modular sealing system, which makes air leakage coefficient lower than 10%. The sealing system is made up of composite refractory material, for reducing radiation heat loss.

Filling type or divisional ventilated cooler makes lime temperature up to 800℃ when it is out of cooler, which is easy to transit and store, and can preheat the temperature of secondary-kilning to above 7000℃.

No matter it is clinker rotary kiln or cement rotayr kiln, the rotary kiln has been an important machine in the mining industry. The cement kiln has been welcome all over the world.
